Worked great for a month and then broke down - DeeZee is not responsible for the warranty
The device broke down after two months of regular use. Although it was great until it failed, I would stay away from it. The supplied hardware is very cheap. The ball stud head even caved in under the weight of the trunk lid. The unit was installed EXACTLY as stated in the instructions. I have contacted DeeZee but cannot get them to reply to my email requesting warranty support. Do not buy.
