The order came in a badly damaged box. There were scratches on the non-stick surface and I asked for a replacement. The replacement was not flat and had a dome at the bottom. I tried it and after the first use the dome warped so the pan could not sit flat on the induction hob which is why I bought this pan. The non-stick surface wasn't as easy to clean as it should have been. The return was also delayed because although UPS indicated that both the original order and the replacement were returned, the return was not processed after two weeks. I had to contact Revain support to manually confirm the package was returned and refund the money. I would not recommend this pan.
