This pillow is well constructed with screws on each end to keep it in place. Most other reels have nothing to hold the reel in place. So when you press on the reel, the reel usually falls apart fairly easily. Because this reel has screws to hold each side of the reel in place, it won't fall apart at all, even under heavy pressure. I have used this roller to numb my entire trunk and doors and it has not given me any problems. Where the other reels I have used fell apart within minutes of use. So if you need noise isolation, this video is for you.
