These vacuum bags are a good idea to save on 3D printer filament, but unfortunately they vary in quality too much. Bags that work are great and can hold a vacuum for weeks, but bad ones offer nothing but disappointment. several minutes or hours. Some bags simply failed to evacuate at all, and only demonstrated "breathing motion" as the hand pump repeatedly pushed and pulled air. With problematic pockets, the supposed one-way air valve was always the weak point. The design and/or materials of the valve do not allow it to function properly and stably. On many occasions I have heard air being sucked back into the bag through the valve even with the pump still attached. Overall I cannot recommend these vacuum bags as I have received more bad ones than good ones. You might have better luck than me, but I'd rather buy something else that works more consistently.
