This is my second tagine that I have bought from Kamsah. i really like it I use it on the stovetop and it gently cooks meat in under 2 hours. It also depends on your oven settings. Be sure to follow the instructions and cure it before use, and you must use a diffuser. I am very happy with mine. Haven't tried cooking with it in the oven yet. I've always heard people say that glazed tagines aren't meant for cooking. But it has an icing on the cake, and it's a culinary tagine. I think it depends on the type of glaze used.
