Frustration after seeing a product with a good rating can lead to disappointment in use. I will point out the pros and cons, ease of use, versatility, product description.1. User friendliness. The product is very easy to use and can be connected to any port around the world as it has multiple attachments to take with you. While the device is bulky (can add valuable 4+lbs of weight to your pannier bag), it emits constant white noise, there's no fast charging (although advertised on the device). Can be heated up easily. Can only be used for low power items.2. Versatility: This bulky mount is only for charging phones and laptops. Not worth towing. The charging ports mention that it supports 4A charging, but it always took over 90 minutes to fully charge my iPhone. Product Description: Device packaging or sales page does not show the correct information. There was no question of a heating problem. All in all it was a waste of money for the trip. I could buy a charger for $3 (instead of paying $36) in the country I visited as this converter supports slow charging of phones and small devices.
