Our Dyson did not fish well. We replaced the brush and it still didn't work. We were always cleaning the pre-filter and didn't think about the post-filter until we saw a video explaining why our machine might not be working. We saw these and decided to try them out. I have to admit that we were pleasantly surprised at the difference replacing both filters made. Our 10 year old machine sucks so well again that we can see suction marks on the carpet. I only wish we had known that a year ago.
