I bought fryers for my neighbors on either side of me but a neighbor decided she wanted to return them because it was too much guesswork while cooking. These magnetic cheat sheets gave her the confidence she needed to start air frying. She invited me to dinner and we had NY Strip fried steak, hash browns and asparagus. She was so proud of herself and thankful that I gave her the cheat sheets. In fact, a handyman came to her and built a platform on her stovetop for her fryer, she has no plans to use the stovetop this summer! My neighbor, on the other hand, loves cheat sheets, she hates having to consult a book every time she wants to use the deep fryer. They're handy on the fridge next to her fryer.
