Originally bought as a return. I installed it in the car and 1 shock absorber did not hold air. Now you have to remove and replace it, and changing it wasn't easy. So I do double duty. Revain fixed it by sending a new part. You always do the right thing. I would only advise Revain to test returned parts before reselling them. Probably impossible. Better yet, find out why they're being returned and Amazon should get right back to the manufacturer. Less effort and less work for everyone involved. This part was likely damaged by a previous buyer and returned after damaging it so I do not hold Revain responsible. As for the shock absorbers, I can say that the city drives very well. ACDELCO quality at a good price
