At first I was hesitant to buy aftermarket brackets based on previous experience with the CR-V. I bought Beck-Arnley mounts for the CR-V and still couldn't get rid of the vibration. I ended up replacing each of the 4 brackets with an original OEM Honda within a month, one at a time. The last one I paid was about $300 and after replacing it the vibration was completely gone. I have read so many reviews on the internet recommending mounts, only choose OEM. But I didn't want to spend $700 on a 15 year old Civic. So I decided to spend 1/8 the amount of this ENA mount set. This turned out to be the best solution. After swapping 4 mounts, the vibration almost completely disappeared. There used to be increased noise and vibration, it looks like an exhaust leak. And now almost total silence. Feels like a completely different car. Sometimes there is a slight vibration at idle that only lasts a few seconds. But it's very soft and I can live with that. These mounts perform 95% better than OEM for 1/8 the cost. Very happy.
