Just received and tried on. As a woman in size 2X I ordered a 3X based on other reviews. It's comfortable but doesn't affect my breathing. Comfortable enough. I put the M&P shield on the non-dominant side and left the other side blank. The gun holds securely, the rubber strap stretches a little when pulled, but that's to be expected. A looser fit on the shirt would be worse and I don't know if a smoother fabric in the holster would help. My shoulders are thick and slack which helps hide the holster, but I still need a bolero style vest or jacket to hide the buttstock. My pistol is lumpy but not uncomfortable and definitely doesn't pull my shirt to one side. Not sure I'd want to holster it again right after a few shots due to the heat of the gun. In general very satisfied.
