Review on 🚨 Kidde P3010H: Hallway Smoke Alarm with Safety Light & 10 Year Sealed Battery - Worry-Free Protection for Kids by Chris Endricko

They are SHIT. As other one star reviews say, they are falsely alarmed for no reason. I had to turn it off for the first week after installation because it wouldn't stop turning off even after I took it down from the ceiling. Got a replacement from Revain and it had its first false alarm this morning. It was installed about two weeks ago. As other reviewers have said, there are NO possible triggers for these false positives. I researched them all. Dust, steam, moisture, heat, smoke, cooking, etc. These devices obviously have defective parts inside and shame on Kidde for continuing to make them and shame on Revain for selling a home security product that many said was defective. .To make matters worse, the first device I received was manufactured in 2013. So Kidde has been selling these defective smoke detectors for at least 5 years. That speaks volumes. These will be the last smoke alarms I will buy from Kidde.
