The cooking pot is well made, has a nice weight, a comfortable grip, but is only used with plastic tools and has many scratches after a few uses. It cannot possibly stand the test of time. I've tried getting warranty service but no one responds until almost 30 days so guess it's being returned as I can't get service. Finally an answer and it looks like again there is no real guarantee. I flip my egg and when we use tools they are plastic and that was after 1 week of use. Dear Customer, We would like to thank you for submitting your photo for warranty verification. The lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear and tear, overheating, deformation or surface scratches. Judging by the photos provided, your crockery looks worn. These pans are not scratch and scratch resistant; The coating may have scratches. The manufacturer's warranty does not cover this problem. We are sorry about that.
