This is how it works at ED. This is combined with Puritan Pride Yohimbe 2000. You do NOT have to take them daily, ONLY WHEN NEEDED. take the whole pill, especially yohimbe, without food [empty stomach] then you will feel it [your stomach will buckle a little as if you're nauseous, but that's all - so just a warning, read the label!] second Half of both takes me about an hour. The effect lasts several hours on me. definitely increases blood flow where you need it and it works for me as needed for around 4-6 hours [after the second 1/2 dose] which is amazing and perfect. be careful and experiment to see what works for you. DO NOT start with a full dose of either the first time or you will feel bad and never find your ideal dose. Start with half of each. Much luck!
