Review on 🔧 TEKTON Everybit Ratchet Screwdriver Set with 135-Piece Bit Assortment (Model 2841) by Mark Crawford

I bought this set about 2.5 years ago. It has a wide range of bits and is great for odd jobs that require an unusual screwdriver. I only need them every now and then, but having them prevents a lot of frustration. I recently used a T6 and had the tip kinking and warping when tightening the screw. The metal was too soft and not properly hardened. I was about to write a negative review but re-read some of the reviews and realized they have great customer support so I gave that a try first and called them and explained what happened. Support was free, was based in the US and was answered by someone who spoke good English, was very polite and helpful and said they would send replacements out immediately free of charge. This type of customer support has become a rarity and the quality of this support for their products makes this a 5 star product.
