I wish I had researched Viotek and their BBB rating and consumer rating before purchasing this. I will never buy a Viotek product again. The worst customer service I've ever received. Your monitor died after 33 days and when I sent it back it took a few weeks longer than I was told. I agreed, but when they decided to replace the entire unit, I found that even though their warranty only lists parts as "remanufactured", they also supply remanufactured parts, even if it's a full replacement the unit acts. Spending so much money on a brand new device seems wrong. They were rude and dismissive on the phone and never tried to solve my problem or support me as a customer. Learn from my mistake and don't buy from them.
