The quality of their products are very good! Their customer service team was excellent too!! They have been able to meet all our needs for many years now with no issues at all. I would not say that there's anything about them that i dislike - they've always delivered everything we need when it comes time for us to get results from samples sent in by customers through an online portal or phone call center (we do mostly home health care). If you're looking into getting your own lab equipment, this might be one option available to consider if you don't have any experience doing so yourself. Our staff has benefited greatly because of how easy-to-use these instruments make certain tasks like drawing vials much more efficient than before.
