Product is advertised as 1/2 inch serrated but comes with 1/2 inch thread. It doesn't work without an additional 1/2" socket to 1/2" plug. Various other complaints indicate that the seller advertises a spiked filter but is actually selling a threaded filter. Customers don't know it until it gets in the mail. Why? Because some people make a living and don't need to exchange reviews to make sure the advertised product actually sells, and plumbing (as anyone who's tried to put two things together knows) takes hours to look at the fixtures. different sizes, all of which do not correspond to the actual size printed. To avoid this, people like to buy products that are already the right size and type to avoid having to search for different sizes and types of adapters. Not to mention delivery times, return times and follow-up times. I miss real shops where there are promotions.
