This product doesn't stick onto the shoe like other types of shoe inserts, which is a good or bad thing depending on your preference. For me, I think it's nice because I can easily switch the inserts to different shoes on a day-to-day basis without worrying. I also don't have big feet so the inserts don't move around a lot once it's in my shoe. However, if you are in a higher shoe size range, it's possible that it can move around so maybe this would not be the product for you.Due to how the cushion insert is formed, you can definitely feel that it's there all the time when you walk, which is kind of annoying. The gel is pretty thin as well so I feel like it doesn't provide that much cushion support and it doesn't help that it's not at all soft. It's more like a firm gel.Overall, the quality feels pretty mediocre.
