I have a third router. They don't last long and unfortunately my investment in hotspots means I have to keep buying these things as replacements. There's a reason a $300 router (ac3200) is only $40 or less. It sucks. Requires reboots at least once a day, DNS timeouts, horrible wifi, horrible form factor, it keeps crashing and gets very hot, I had to put a small fan behind it to keep it cool. Absolutely no firmware updates in years, for a new product that is over $300 this level of support is a SHAME. I will never buy an Arris modem or router again.
