Review on Enhanced Performance MOSTPLUS Fuel Pump | Yamaha RHINO 450 660 UTV Compatible - 5UG13910010 by Dave Cavazos

Do not buy this pump for a 2008 Yamaha Rhino! I bought this fuel pump because it was supposed to fit a 2008 Yamaha Rhino. This is not the same pump as the Mikuni pump which is a Yamaha OEM pump. The mounting holes are further apart than the holes on the original pump. The holes could be filed to fit but the big problem is that the fittings where the fuel inlet and outlet hoses clamp are considerably smaller than the original pump. It's a security issue! The hoses fit very loosely. Until they literally fall off. If you were to use this pump you would need to replace the tubing with a smaller tubing. The pump is installed behind the front passenger seat in a prominent position on the seat. If it leaks, it can start a fire. I told the Rhino's owner I wouldn't fit this pump but would be willing to fit a genuine Yamaha/Mikuni pump if he wanted me to have one.
