Being extruded aluminium, the blade was twisted, rough and sharp, catching in the dough when trying to remove the pizza. I tried sanding it down, which helped, but unfortunately, due to manufacturing, each perforation was just as jagged. Obviously the die stamps aluminium, but it's not a clean cut. It will take some work to erase each perforation so I'm sending it back. It's also a bit shallow in depth, barely fitting a 13-inch pizza front-to-back. Good price but not worth the hassle of saving a few bucks.
