You will receive three spoons: a small one for 1.5 tablespoons, a medium one for about 3 tablespoons and a large one that I measured have . about 1/4 cup. The two smaller ones are perfect for biscuits. I tested them on a batch of chocolate chip cookies (see video) and they made good sized balls of dough that baked into perfect sized cookies. The grips are comfortable rather than comfortable, and the triggers have a nice click. Because they are made of stainless steel, the cookie dough comes off easily, especially when heated. There was a bit of residue in the shovel but it washed out well and easily. For the price I think it's a good buy. You get three scoops of different sizes and they are strong enough that you can easily pass them to your kids or grandkids.
