This yoga strap is awesome. I love all the loops along this strap. These loops make it so much easier to gage how far you are using this to stretch or get deeper into poses during yoga. The individual loops really help hold your pose in place, versus a strap that does not have loops. I like to use this during my personal yoga practice and while teaching yoga classes. The material is soft and gentle on the skin but gives a nice stronghold your feet, body and hands in place. Overall, a really amazing strap for yoga!
