They have some frayed plates. I couldn't reach the company so I ordered a replacement. I got replacements after the party so they were useless. I have to return them, but I also wanted to speak to the company. I have tried to contact them but the only way I can do this is via email and there is no way to speak to anyone. Very frustrating. The item was fine. Not very durable but worked for what we needed and our setup was beautiful. My complaint relates to customer service and the fact that it is impossible to speak to them to resolve any issues.
