Very thin metal! Best in Car Seat Belts
I used one of the seat belt bungee cords and with one jump my pup broke the yoke in 4 pieces and severely bent the piece that engages the seat belt piece. The part that snaps into place isn't tight and pops out even with a lot of movement. I haven't tried the leash that attaches to the headrest, but it looks just as flimsy on the other clasp, so I'm wary of using it.
