Review on πŸ”§ Berryman 1332 R Tire Sealant, 1 Fluid Ounce by Mark Bennett

Not sure if it was a good buy? Leakage of the contents of the shipping carton.

First of all, the goods arrived on time, but when the box was opened it became clear that the sealant had leaked into a plastic bag that sealed the bottle with sealant. The liquid obscured the instructions on the bottle. Then the supposed tool they give you to remove the valve stem is plastic and wouldn't let me remove the valve stem but found it pretty useless. Using a metal tool and pulling out the valve stems, I was able to apply some sealant to the front and rear tires on my wife's bike. The rear tire previously had a small goat's head damage, sealant should help. After applying more than enough sealant, replacing the valve stems, and inflating the spare tire, the rear tire continued to leak. The wife decided to ride the bike for a bit to see if the sealing would do the job, now we'll wait and see. I'm a little dismayed at the way this product was packaged, apparently there were no signs of damage on the outside of the box but some liquid leaked from the bottle. The bottle was in a plastic bag so it's a leak issue they are aware of. I would like the Company and/or Revain to refund this purchase. We'll come back to this when we have a chance to see if the seal actually worked.
