I like that they are dedicated more towards service oriented companies rather than just retail or ecommerce businesses only - this is beneficial for any type/size firm regardless if in B2B salesforce etc! It's hard sometimes when there isn't much support during some processes (e.g., customizing templates). However overall customer care has been great through email as well from their staff members within phases team! There aren’t many things negative about my experience working at phase so far but nothing super major either.. If anything i'd say maybe not being able have access directly via chat could be helpful since we use slack quite often which can get tiring having multiple channels open all day long haha :D Overall good platform & process set up!! This helped us out tremendously by creating automated workflows / CRM tools easily accessible across our organization without cluttering inboxes daily w no need for extra software installed etc!
