Protector 580 does not fit. Bad quality control.

The part where the text screws into the bottle doesn't actually screw into the bottle I thought it did would be an isolated case so i ordered a replacement and the replacement came with the exact same problem then i had to go to 2 different weld shops to find the part i needed over 12 miles away and $15 for a new part pay which I would bring home, tension and replace.Otherwise I have had no problems but judging by the reviews I think this is a recent problem.. First photo is of new part, second photo is as seen you see the old part in the background.
