I like that it is able to connect with our other software systems (EMR) so we can have continuity of care between visits.

It also allows us access from home or mobile devices which makes my job easier as well! The only thing about this system that could be improved would be for more customization options within each section/page - some sections are very basic while others seem almost too detailed. If you're looking into an all-inclusive platform then look no further than chart talk! We were using multiple different platforms prior to switching over to ChartTalk but they did not allow me to easily transfer data back & forth across them without having to reenter everything again. This has helped solve these issues by allowing seamless integration across various programs.
