Attractive paring knife

This beautiful miniature Klingon weapon cuts very well. I really liked a regular paring knife, but the bird's beak is dexterous and allows you to cut with a stranglehold. More recently, I've enjoyed cutting strawberries into long rolls, which took strawberry garnishing to the next level. A bird's beak will pierce them even when they are soft. This would work with a normal paring knife, but was much more difficult and I usually chose thin slices instead. I bought the Gladiator version of this knife and used it briefly, not knowing that Dalstrong would soon be releasing a Shogun version of the series. While I was excited when the Gladiator version came out and enjoyed using it, the Shogun version is much better. It's also noticeably better finished, with a nice mirror finish compared to the visible buffing lines on the side of the blade, for example. Also much tougher steel and better grips I've ever used.
