The best part of this software has to be that it's easy to use. Also allows you to have an online system so your office does not need to physically go into the bank in order to process new loans or modify existing ones. You can't do certain things with it like write offs and taxes if you are doing business as "Benedict Loans". This software cannot be used by any non profit organization unless you pay them $250 per month which would make no sense since they already get paid by their members and donations. If you need something simple yet effective then definitely check this out. We needed something simple and affordable for our small credit union to help us handle daily operations such as processing new applicants and customers who come in looking for financial assistance.
