We have been using this kit every day for over two weeks to refresh our pots and pans. They were dishwasher safe and did not change texture or color after being dishwasher safe. The set was used on a gas stove and heats up quickly. This was an update to our IKEA set we received and we definitely saw a difference in the time it took just to warm up. The pot handles were comfortable and the lids fit well. Even when the pan was full of food, it wasn't too difficult to lift with one hand. It was light enough, but still seemed strong. We used the largest pot as the chicken noodle soup and it was great for a family of 5 for 2 days.
