Not Better Fleetguard Filter
I didn't look closely. Although this filter shares the same Cummins part number, it is not a Fleetguard filter. I would use it if I could determine who actually created this filter and where, but since it doesn't have a name I won't use it. The description says this is an upgrade, an upgrade from what?
