Rust and discoloration after first use

I just received my lucky ironfish and boiled it in water with 2-3 drops of lemon juice for the first time. The fish stays intact in boiling water for 10 minutes. Now I have a very strange fish with discoloration and scratches. I'm not sure if every fish will turn out like this after the first use. It also started to rust while cooking.
