I've never worked with gas struts but thought it would be an easy way to raise the desk when using it. I didn't research them at all and ordered my first pair. The wrong way, they were too strong and disappointing. Because of this disappointment I wrote a not so good review. Arana customer support then emailed me asking them to help fix the issue. An extremely helpful customer service representative walked in. Mina analyzed the problem and gave me two solutions to fix it.
