Review on πŸ’™ Blue Verbatim Ergo USB 3.0 Flash Drive with 128GB Capacity by Christopher Holker

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Writes very slowly!

I am amazed that this 32GB Verbatim Ergo USB 2.0 USB Flash Drive - Black performs very poorly in this day and age of ubiquitous high speed flash drives - Black - especially when recording to USB sticks , which is around 6.57 MB/s, which I find unacceptable. Admittedly this is a USB 2.0 device and I wasn't expecting super speed but still not that slow writing when copying files to a flash drive. Something tells me that chip-on-board (COB) technology or something will improve reliability, but if you're patient enough to slowly write data to the drive, will it stay reliable for years to come? - The time will show. But as it stands I am currently very disappointed with the low write speed as writing to this disc was unbearably slow. Conclusion: 30MB/s read speed is acceptable considering it's a USB 2.0 device and the ergonomic design is easy to grip and I love it. However, the unacceptably slow write speed forces me to give it two stars!
