After a month my frying pan is rusting in the cracks on the back and completely discolored from contact with hot substances. The grate seems perfect, but the pan itself doesn't hold up as I expected. Overall it works and is fine for chilling or drying food, but the fit and finish deteriorated almost immediately. Caveat: There may be user error here, maybe I should have seasoned it or maybe it's not designed to be used with high temperature liquids or products, but I was expecting it to be a bit more durable.
