I like that we can communicate with our customers through different channels including email and phone calls. We are able to get information about customer needs to improve products or services before they realize it themselves. Some of us feel disconnected from each other as there is no real way to interact in person outside of scheduled meetings. This has been improved since the implementation of Zoom but still could be better. It would help if you were given options to chat one-on-one with someone who will actually talk back instead of just typing messages or leaving voicemails without anyone responding. The best part of this software is being able to have video conference sessions with clients all over the world.
