Pros: Impressive suction power, vacuuming is now a pleasure, light weight, well balanced, EZ service on all filters. A very large carpeted entertainment room, a carpeted hallway, a very wide and long staircase and most of the master bedroom (approximately 18 x 18 feet) were removed at full price. It's so light that you can suck it up in less time. No voltage. Excellent carpets. Worth it alone. Great for tight spots that our 15-inch width couldn't reach either. Cons: Keep an eye on the dirt bowl, when it's full make sure to empty it. We noticed a decrease in battery life on day two as the dirt bowl was mostly full. Disconnect the battery after use, it may also be dead. In addition, the Dirt Bowl is smaller than the Elite series - its size corresponds to about a liter of milk. One battery is probably not enough and it takes about 3 hours to fully charge. Bought another 4.0 battery for an additional $60. No tools and won't fit thick bathroom rugs. The racket is completely disabled. Overall: Yes, I would definitely recommend it, but it's not for everyone. One for the carpets in the bathroom and where tools are needed, such as machine, refrigerator, etc.
