Review on Honeywell Ceiling Fans 50183 Glen Alden Bronze Ceiling Fan: Efficient & Stylish Cooling Solution by Bruce Willam

I can't really rate this fan I really needed. My husband lifted the ceiling mount and wanted to attach the motor, but they don't fit :/ The screws are smaller than the holes in the ceiling mount, as are the ends that fit in. I contacted Revain product support yesterday and spoke to a lady who went to see if she could get me the correct ceiling mount. She told me Revain couldn't, but would contact Honeywell today and call me back with an answer if Honeywell could. It is now evening and there is no answer. I live in the Rocky Mountains and most homes don't have air conditioning. The menopausal woman here lol and she's almost in her 90's lately REALLY needs that fan to function. I like the look of the fan and the rest corresponds to my order, only the ceiling mount does not match the rest of the fan. UPDATE: Revain is still not contacting Honeywell to get the correct ceiling mount/mount. Unfortunately I will have to send it back.
