We bought this item hoping it would help us to handle the extraordinarily large amount of blackberries we have this season. Unfortunately, this product is designed to process fruits with a high moisture to pulp ratio (like tomatoes, apples, etc.) rather than berries with a high percentage of seeds and pulp and liquid like blackberries. Cirillo responded to our email within 24 hours, provided excellent customer service with multiple solutions, and turned what might have been a bad experience into a positive one.
