Great product, little installation instructions.

At first I had a problem with the device not turning on, but after a long conversation with the support team they helped me to figure out what connections I was missing. The unit looks great and would be easier to install if it came with better instructions (it really is plug and play), the pinout on the diagram that came with my unit was not the same as shown here . It totally amazed me. I still gave them 5 stars even though I had some problems because they were patient with me and helped me to solve my problem.
