Yakima's misaligned cable lock didn't fit the tongue of my new OnRamp rack - there wasn't enough clearance between the tongue socket and the end of the hitch pin. Yakima's own hitch lock is not currently available, but based on reviews I bought a Heininger instead. Good move! I was hoping that the Heininger lock head could snap into the end of the Yakima clutch pin, but the ends of the pins are cut slightly differently so it didn't work. No problem, it only took a few minutes to easily remove the Yakima pin, screw it in and tighten the Heininger. Fits perfectly in the Yakima stance and there is room for the Heininger straight barrel to lock onto the end of the new pin. No lock is completely secure, but now I'm glad to know that it would take someone more than a wrench to steal my luggage rack.
