Their support team is fantastic! They truly listen to our requests and make them happen. The program works well with online ordering, which allows us to keep track of inventory better than we could otherwise. Some of the reporting features are not as robust as they could be (i.e. I have to call customer service for some specific reports), and we would like to see more data in some areas without having to call customer service. However, this is minor compared to how great their overall support is. We started using Mortware because we had no integrated system for all of the tasks that come into a funeral home. Now, we can keep track of everything from orders to invoices to payments.
