Review on 💧 Fibaro FGFS-101 ZW5 Flood Sensor: Z-Wave Plus Water Leak Detector by Shane Wallace

I bought about six Fibaro water leak sensors in the last year. The youngest device failed after just two months, i.e. within the 24-month warranty period. The device went offline and got stuck on factory reset (which other people have previously described as a problem). I contacted Fibaro's US office several times over the week via email support-usa@fibaro.com with no response. Water leak detectors are great when they work, but $50 is way too expensive to throw away after just two months. It is extremely disappointing that their customer service is not as responsive and that they do not honor their own warranty policy.
