Review on Inkbird Thermostat Temperature Controller Fermentation by Kadarius Gentry

Let me start by saying that I calibrate for a living and have dabbled with almost every type of temperature controller on the market. I bought this controller for my fridge as the internal thermostat failed. The first thing I did after receiving this item was to verify accuracy using the NIST traceable temperature standard. When delivered, this device differed by only a tenth of a degree Fahrenheit. I've almost never seen such accuracy in a $35 instrument. The instructions are very readable and well translated. The basic setup of my fridge only took ten minutes and watching this controller work does EXACTLY what it's supposed to do. The only advice I can give anyone using this for a fridge is to put the temp probe in a small water bottle. This more accurately approximates the temperature of the food and prevents the compressor from running too often. If you use it in the freezer, isopropyl alcohol works very well in a sealed vial. In summary, this is a great controller at a fantastic price that I highly recommend.
