Collet is missing big enough to accommodate larger saw blade shafts

Either the large collet for particularly large saw blade shafts is not included or my kit was sent without this part. Saws are useless without this collet. All other cut-off wheels are designed for use with a standard shank and are suitable for Dremel and all other similar tools. The quality is very good, but you will need a larger collet if you want to use the supplied saw blades. I tried to notify the seller but received no response.
