You get what you pay for and this product is worth it! Because of the quick delivery of the product and the quality of the packaging, you knew this pH meter would be reliable. I did the calibration and luckily the company is in Ohio. I met a company manager who helped me calibrate the pH meter. I was able to test the sushi rice without any problems. Also has a handy guide and support services to answer your questions. The service was excellent. Price is secondary when quality and service are right. I highly recommend restaurant owners to pH test this company/product if needed. I bought a low end pH meter and it failed to properly and accurately calibrate the sushi rice.
