We bought tickets from TickPick 3 months in advance. Did not get tickets FedEx until the day before which made us nervous to hope they get there in time. Upon arriving at the event after paying for parking, waiting, etc, our tickets are scanned and we find out they are INVALID as originally purchased opted for a REFUND due to a cancellation but TICKPICK sold us those tickets. Their support is non-existent when you need them. We ended up having to go to the box office and buy last-minute tickets and missed the whole opening of the show and had subpar seats. Worked with TickPick for two + weeks and finally got a refund. I don't feel like that is enough for screwing you over on the day you show up for an event. Do yourself a FAVOR and find a company that has 24/7 support. If you get your tickets early, make sure they are VALID!
